Drawings take place every night at 10:57 PM ET.
You have until 10:53 PM ET each night to buy tickets for Cash 5. Tickets purchased after this time will be entered into the following day's draw.
Pick five numbers from 1 to 45. You can either choose your own or get a Quick Pick if you would prefer to have a random set. You also have to decide whether to add the Xtra option to your play. See the How to Play page for a full step-by-step guide.
Xtra is Cash 5's multiplier feature. If you add Xtra, any non-jackpot prize you win will be increased by two, three, four or five times its initial value. A separate draw is held to determine the size of the multiplier.

A single Cash 5 play costs $2, or $3 if you choose to add the Xtra multiplier.
